What is therapy, and how can it help me?
Therapy helps individuals grow and heal emotionally through discussions with a trained professional. It involves setting goals, understanding feelings, and developing coping strategies. My approach is to help with immediate needs, then explore the root causes of ongoing patterns in ones life. I start with ensuring that the basics are being addressed (eating, sleeping, immediate interference in day to day life). After that, we begin to explore the patterns behind everything.

Together, we’ll use a blend of talk therapy, Brainspotting, and somatic techniques to understand how your experiences live in both your mind and body. Each session is guided by your needs—you’ll have the space to choose what feels most meaningful to focus on, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive as you reconnect with your strength and inner balance.
