Our approach
At Empowered Path Counseling, my work is centered around helping women reconnect with their inner strength and sense of self. I believe healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to who you’ve always been beneath the layers of responsibility, expectations, and survival.
My approach blends compassion, mindfulness, and evidence-based practices with a strong focus on empowerment. I create a space where you can feel safe to explore your story, challenge old patterns, and learn to trust your own voice again. Together, we uncover the beliefs and habits that keep you feeling small, while building new ways of relating—to yourself, your body, and others—with confidence and self-respect.
I often describe therapy as both grounding and liberating: grounding, because it helps you reconnect with your values and inner stability; and liberating, because it frees you to show up authentically in your relationships, work, and daily life. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, healing from trauma, or simply yearning to feel more whole, my goal is to walk beside you—helping you move from self-doubt to self-trust, from overwhelm to clarity, and from surviving to thriving.
Empowerment, after all, is not loud or forceful. It’s the quiet, steady process of reclaiming the space you were always meant to occupy.

“Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage.”
